About

DJ Jazzy Joe started DJing in late 1999 with a little push from club owner John Luttrell at Albany’s favorite hot spot The Cabstand. At that time, DJ Jazzy Joe was spinning Trance and brought Florida Breaks into the eyes of a few local DJ’s. He then took residency at Club Extreme in Albany, GA which proved to test his skills as he crossed over into the Hip Hop community. He then had the pleasure to work with and DJ for Khia, Dem Franchise Boys, Maceo, T-Pain and the great 2 Live Crew just to name a few.

After a 3 1/2 year stint at Club Extreme, he went back to work for John at The Crowbar in Albany, GA where he worked with Luke Bryan, Cole Swindell, Edwin McCain, Adema, and One Less Reason to name a few and then moved over to John’s sister club Liquid in Albany, GA where he had the oppurtunity to work with some very influential DJ’s such as Kidd Star, Kontrol and DJ Keri out of Atlanta, Doc Roc and KJ from K5 out of Florida, and DJ Trashy from Louisiana. Then John decided to close down Liquid and revamp it in order to open a country bar to due to the demand and growth of the country music scene and opened One Trick Pony where DJ Jazzy Joe served as the house DJ where he expanded his format into country and then went to work for Jarrett McIntosh at Big Rax Saloon.

He was picked up by Average Joe’s Entertainment in January 2012 and opened up Colt Ford’s ‘Declaration of Independence Tour’ in April 2012. While working at One Trick Pony and Big Rax, he had the opportunity to work with Jason Michael Carroll, Bubba Sparxxx, Brother Trouble, Blackjack Billy, Outshyne, Luke Bryan, Cole Taylor, Mikel Knight, Tyler Hammond, Travis Denning, Ben Wells, Brent Cobb, Jordan Ragar and many other up and coming country artist.
